How do I book a cleaning and get a price estimate?

Booking is easy! Simply give us a call, use our live chat, or fill out the contact form to request a service. To get an estimate, please provide; number of bedrooms & bathrooms, square footage of the space, property location and any additional services needed.
Can I choose the time of my cleaning?

Absolutely! We do our best to accommodate preferred cleaning times, but availability depends on our schedule. The earlier you let us know, the better chance we have of securing your desired time slot.
What’s included in a standard cleaning service?

Our standard cleaning covers all essential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, and more. If you need deep cleaning or additional services, we can customize a package for you.
Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?

Yes! While availability depends on our schedule, we do our best to accommodate same-day or urgent cleaning requests whenever possible. Contact us for details.
Are your cleaners insured and trained?

Absolutely! Our team consists of fully insured, trained professionals who follow strict quality and safety standards.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily! Many clients provide secure access so we can clean while they’re away. If you prefer to be present, that works too—whatever makes you most comfortable.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an appointment free of charge if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
